A Pal To Help With Auto Repairs

April 14th, 2011 by Christine

I grew up in a Chevy home and ended up marrying a Chevy guy. What’s that mean??? It means that all my life I’ve watched the men in my life play with Chevrolet products and know what it takes to keep them on the road. Why Chevys? Because they’ve proven themselves to be the most reliable of car makes (according to my family) and they’re easier to fix than some of the other well-known name brands. The older muscle cars were easier than they are today as it was just a matter of switching out a few parts and you were back on the road. Today’s cars need to be hooked up to a computer and analyzed to see where the problem lies.

So what does this have to do with anything? Well it seems that there are a lot of people out there who have no idea what to do or where to go when their cars start to fall apart. This isn’t just a “woman” thing either. There are a lot of guys out there who can’t even change a spark plug, let along swap out a motor. And that’s where the folks at RepairPal.com come in. You tell them what’s wrong with your car, they tell you what it’s going to take to fix it and what it’s going to cost, and you take your car to one of their shops to get repairs. It’s just that easy.

The cool thing is that you don’t have to drive a Chevy to hook up with this crowd. They know about all makes and models of autos, both foreign and domestic. If it’s got wheels, they can probably help you with your problem. And if they can’t, they’ll know where to go for all the right answers. So if you happen to be one of those people who can’t even change a tire, know that you have a pal out there that can do it for you.
